Through theory, breathwork, pool training, and ocean diving, you’ll develop the skills, safety knowledge, and confidence to explore the underwater world on a single breath. With dedicated freediving instruction, boat-supported ocean sessions, equipment support, and access to Tasmania’s incredible marine environments, this course is designed for both beginners and those wanting to take their ocean skills further.
Hosted in Southern Tasmania with accommodation available at The Adventure Lodge, Taranna, offering a comfortable diver-friendly base close to the water. Limited course sizes ensure a personalised training experience.
